Error message: ADD DATA TO YOUR SITE - Your organization does not have any protocols. Contact your organization manager.
Explanation: This message indicates that your site either a) doesn't have latitude/longitude coordinates or b) is not associated with an organization on the Hub. In order to add data to a site, the site must be associated with an organization.
Solution: Edit the site to add proper coordinates or associate it with an organization of which you are a member.
