If you're having trouble creating an account on the Clean Water Hub, this may mean that your email address is already associated with an account on the Clean Water Hub. This can occur for a couple reasons:
You created an account in the past
You were added as a member or manager for an organization
In this instance, new Hub users are sent an email from the Clean Water Hub notifying them that they have been added as a member/manager of an organization. The email includes a unique link that users should use to complete the set-up of their Clean Water Hub account. If they do not click this link and instead try to create an account on the Clean Water Hub through the traditional channels, they will most likely run into issues.
In either case, the solution is to reset you password.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
Navigate to https://www.cleanwaterhub.org/account/login
Click "Forgot Your Password"
Enter your email address and click "reset password."
This will send a message to the email address you entered. The message will come from support@cleanwaterhub.org and have the subject line "Password reset instructions."
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Using your new password, you should now be able to log in to the Clean Water Hub.
