Take the following steps to download data for an organization on the Clean Water Hub:
Log in to your account on the Hub.
Navigate to the organization's profile.
Scroll down on the organization's page until you see a blue/grey button that says "download sites and readings." Click this button to download all data associated with the organization.
Located the downloaded data (a .xlsx excel file) in your computer's "downloads" folder.
Note: Organization managers have the ability to grant permissions for download access, determining which categories of Hub users are permitted to download data.
If you do not see the "download sites and readings" button, this could mean that the organization's download access settings do not grant you the ability to download data.
If you believe you should be able to download data for an organization but you are unable, please contact the organization manager or Hub support.
